For the third straight time, Pardee Homes received the "Best in Class" safety designation from California's Division of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA). Known as VPP, the Voluntary Protection Programs promote effective worksite-based safety and health, and are tied to federal standards. They were formerly known as the Golden State Awards.

Now celebrating its 33rd year, the MAME (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence) Awards annually attracts over 500 entries involving new-home communities in all six Southern California counties: Ventura, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, and San Diego.

Encompassing all facets of new-home marketing and merchandising, this competition provides for entry opportunities in product design, model complex landscaping, interior merchandising, sales office design, logo design, graphics, brochures, signage, advertisements, overall advertising campaigns, special promotions, and website presentations. We're now inviting suppliers and associates involved in the homebuilding industry to submit their own promotional materials or campaigns.
