OUR HISTORY: traditional values, innovative thinking
The Pardee Homes story begins with one enterprising father. The setting: Hollywood, 1921. Enter an A-list celebrity, looking for a reputable custom home and remodeling company. Will Rogers found his man in George Pardee.
The same values that put the Pardees at the top of their game in the ‘20s have kept us there for more than 87 years. Pardee Homes is a billion-dollar company, building and developing master-planned communities, new homes, apartments and business parks in California and Nevada. Our proud tradition of quality, continuous innovation and trend-setting design regularly places us among the top five builders within our regional markets.
