Pardee Homes Received Highest J.D. Power and Associates Rankings for Customer Satisfaction and New Home Quality for the Second Consecutive Year

When the Southern Nevada Division of Pardee Homes received the highest rankings in Las Vegas from J.D. Power and Associates for customer satisfaction and quality in September 2009, it was a proud day for all of us at Pardee Homes. When we learned in 2010 that we were ranked “Highest in Customer Satisfaction and Quality Among New-Home Builders in Las Vegas, Two Years in a Row” we were ecstatic, and grateful to our customers. The processes and customer-focused commitment that have twice earned this recognition in our Southern Nevada Division, are consistently in practice throughout the company, and serve all of our customers well.

What is evaluated
In the J.D. Power and Associates study*, Pardee Homes ranked highest in overall customer satisfaction among new-home builders as well as highest in new-home quality in 2009 and 2010. The study looked at nine factors that drive overall customer satisfaction with new-home builders: builder's sales staff, builder's warranty/customer service staff, workmanship/materials, price/value, home readiness, construction manager, recreational facilities provided by the builder, builder's design center and location.

Our processes
Part of our customer-focused process includes additional visits with homebuyers after the sale and quality and orientation walks. There are three post-closing visits that teach the new owners how their homes work, change batteries and filters, if necessary, and provide education on home upkeep.

Our weekly Neighborhood Team meetings are attended by sales, construction, closing services and the design studio to review in detail each buyer's needs and what will give the buyer the best experience possible. Our customer-focused efforts and detailed processes are practiced throughout the company and, we're happy to say, helped us to receive this highest ranking from J.D. Power and Associates. Twice.

Pardee Homes Received #1 National Ranking from Eliant, Inc. for Highest Percent of Sales from Referrals in the Large Builder category

Number One. That's a phrase that has made all of us at Pardee Homes very proud. Our Inland Empire Division received the number one national ranking from Eliant, Inc. with the 2010 Homebuyers' Choice Award for the Highest Percent of Sales from Referrals in the Large Builder category. We couldn't be happier - these awards tell us we're taking care of our customers and building high quality homes, and because of that, our homeowners are recommending us to their friends and family. Continuous improvement leads to satisfied homebuyers
Eliant, the country's foremost consumer research company focused exclusively on the new home builder industry, surveys our new homeowners about overall satisfaction, their purchase process, home personalization, construction, home occupancy and finance experiences as well as installation and workmanship.
