Where can I view floor plans?
Begin in FIND My Home and search by map or through advanced search. Once you have narrowed your search criteria, you will be provided a list of matching results. Click on any neighborhood and you will be taken to the neighborhood home page wchich features an overview of all floor plans offered at that neighborhood. Click on any plan to see it in greater detail.
How do I place my name on an interest list?
Whether you are interested in a general community or specific neighborhood that is coming soon or currently open, you may join an interest list. Navigate using the FIND My Home button to the neighborhood or community that interests you. There you will find a red "Join Interest List" or "Tell me More" button on the upper right hand side of the page.
Where can I find information for a specific neighborhood?
Begin in FIND My Home and search by map or through advanced search. Once you have narrowed your search criteria, you will be served a list of matching results. General information for each neighborhood will appear in these results. For more information, click on any neighborhood and you will be taken to the neighborhood home page where you'll have easy access to floor plans, photos, general information, maps, Sales Office hours, amenities and more.
Where can I find home prices?
If you have a price in mind, begin your search on the Pardee web Home Page under "Quick home search by criteria". Once you have narrowed your search by price, region and/or number of bedrooms, you will be served a list of matching results. From there, you may click on any neighborhood to go to the neighborhood home page where pricing appears in the top corner just below the red neighborhood name.
How can I apply for a job with Pardee Homes?
From the Pardee web Home Page, click on the CAREERS link in the upper right-hand corner.
Where can I find information about Pardee Homes rental neighborhoods?
From the Pardee web Home Page, click on the COMMERCIAL link in the upper right-hand corner.
Does Pardee Homes offer home loans?
Yes, Pardee Homes, in association with Wells Fargo Bank, offers many financing options through Pardee Home Loans. To learn more, click on the FINANCE My Dream button on the Pardee web Home Page.
Where can I find company information about Pardee Homes?

How can my company join the Pardee Homes vendor team?
To join our vendor team, you will need to submit a Bid List Package. For more information about submission requirements, start under ABOUT Pardee Homes and click on the Vendors link.
