Pardee Homes Named Top Homebuilder by Los Angeles Daily News Readers in Annual “Favorite Business Poll”
Some 11,000 Respondents Say Who’s Best In The Greater San Fernando Valley Region
It’s official: Pardee Homes has been voted the favorite homebuilding company by some 11,000 respondents who took part in the Los Angeles Daily News’ annual poll of businesses serving the Greater San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles. Balloting in the paper and its website ran through the month of June, according to Tim Bearer, LA Daily News media consultant.
“We ask our readers to vote for their favorite businesses, and they tell us about everything from the area’s best hospital to the best Mexican food,” said Bearer. “This year, for the first time, we asked about new home developers, and Pardee Homes was the winner.
“People out there care, and they have taken note of Pardee’s quality and care in developing their communities,” he continued. “Our hats are off to Pardee Homes!”
“Reliable products and friendly service mean a lot to all of us, whether we’re looking for a great little deli or searching for our family’s new home,” said Jim Bizzelle, vice president of community development for Pardee’s LA/Ventura region. “Being the first new home builder to receive this Readers Choice designation is a wonderful honor, and a gratifying endorsement of our efforts to create quality for our customers and the communities in which we build.”
