Pardee Homes scored big in the 2011 SoCal Awards, receiving 11 top honors for individual new home neighborhoods; brand identity and promotion of its green building program and responsiveness to homebuyer needs with its “What Matters Most” campaign.
Pardee Homes’ Highlands Village and Terramar neighborhoods in San Diego were honored with awards, as was Pardee’s best-selling LivingSmart® Homes design series in Beaumont. LivingSmart® Homes was the evening’s big winner, taking the coveted Community of the Year and Consumer Choice designations for detached homes. Additionally, the homes won “Best in Show” with the overall Consumer Choice honor, selected from Consumer Choice winners in the competition’s four market regions.

Pardee’s new home winners are in San Diego, Beaumont and Lake Elsinore. They are:
Highlands Village at Carmel Country Highlands in San Diego—this upscale townhome community was named the SoCal winner for Best Product Design of an Attached Community. It was also a Community of the Year and Consumer Choice finalist.
Terramar in Torrey Highlands in San Diego—another best-selling project for Pardee, Terramar’s upscale neighborhood earned a Consumer Choice SoCal Award and was a finalist for its architectural design.
LivingSmart® Homes at Tournament Hills in Beaumont—in addition to Community and Consumer Choice wins, these affordable, green-built detached designs were applauded for their landscape design, new home sales center and signage. Pardee’s LivingSmart sister series at Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore was also a winner for signage, and a finalist for the Consumer Choice honor.
Pardee Homes’ additional award winners reflect the company’s established leadership in green and sustainable homebuilding. SoCal Award judges bestowed top honors on the LivingSmart® brand logo and The Earth Month initiative, which was staged throughout April in all of Pardee’s market regions.
