Pardee’s exclusive LivingSmart® brand is a program with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.  LivingSmart provides more than 30 earth-friendly standard and optional systems and features for new-home buyers, and it applies to every newly designed home the company offers.
The builder’s “earth days” began modestly, with a couple of new home design lines that delivered exceptional, above-code energy efficiencies, which in turn translated into measurable cost savings for the homebuyer.  As these homes came to market in Las Vegas in 1998, the company was already moving to do more, working with green-build experts, architects and product suppliers to grow its green program.

LivingSmart Homes Mountain’s Edge is a collection of three floor plans that range in size from approximately 1,852 square feet to approximately 2,432 square feet.  It is located off of Buffalo and Cactus Drives in Mountain’s Edge and prices approximately start from the $180s.
