The Right Time to Buy a New Home for Year-end Move-in is Now at Pardee’s New Home Neighborhoods at Canyon Hills

There’s still time to buy a new home this year, and move in before the holidays, at Pardee Homes’ Canyon Hills master planned community.  Nestled among scenic rolling hills and preserved open space in Lake Elsinore, are three new home neighborhoods by Pardee with ‘buy today/move-in this year’ availability.

LivingSmart® Homes Canyon Hills includes six floor plans with a range of three to seven bedrooms, two to four baths, two and three-bay garages and approximately 1,132 to 3,099 square feet.  Ingenious touches such as gourmet kitchens with slab granite and stainless steel appliances are complemented by a host of room options such as media niches, extra bedrooms, fireplaces, garage workshops, master bedroom decks and a four-bay garage in select plans.
