Pardee’s people are the heart of our company. They are guided by a team of visionary leaders who preside over Pardee’s regional divisions.

Klif Andrews

Division President – Las Vegas

After joining Pardee Homes nearly two decades ago, Klif Andrews became Division President in Las Vegas in 2006. During his tenure with the company, Pardee Homes has built more than 15,000 homes in Southern Nevada. With Klif at the helm, Pardee Homes established itself not only as a major environmentally-conscious builder, but a steadfast community advocate.

Prior to joining Pardee Homes, Klif served in financial and management roles with two large residential homebuilding and real estate development companies, both in California. A native of Fresno, Calif., Klif graduated from California State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. While in college, he began his career in the homebuilding industry with a summer job between semesters.

Active in the community, Klif is president of HomeAid Southern Nevada, a non-profit organization that partners with the building industry to construct and renovate shelters for temporarily homeless men, women and children. Additionally, Klif is a member of the Executive Committee of the Clark County Public Education Foundation, which supports schools in Pardee-planned communities, and the North Las Vegas Rotary, which named him Citizen of the Year in 2006.

Jimmy Ayala

Division President – San Diego

Jimmy Ayala is the Division President of Pardee Homes in San Diego. Jimmy formerly operated as VP of Project Management and brings more than 15 years of product development, construction, land development and entitlement processing experience to the team.

During his time as VP of Project Management, Jimmy played a vital role in shepherding several of Pardee’s communities, including the Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch, the 844-unit Meadowood project in Fallbrook and the 430-unit Castlerock community in Santee.

Jimmy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a M.B.A from San Diego State University. Jimmy is also a graduate of LEAD San Diego and is a member of the Board of Directors for the San Diego County Water Authority and the San Diego County Taxpayers Association.

Mike Taylor

Division President - Inland Empire

Mike Taylor currently serves as Division President for Pardee Homes’ Inland Empire Division. He has served in this role since 2002 and joined the company in 1998. Mike’s career in the real estate industry has spanned more than two decades and included building and selling a wide range of properties from commercial/retail to single and multi-family residential developments.

PAs a member of the Pardee Homes leadership team, he has marked many notable milestones. These include leading Pardee’s re-entry into the Orange County market as a merchant builder, overseeing seven master-planned communities in Riverside and San Bernardino and spearheading planning and development teams for three award-winning, master-planned communities in Beaumont and Lake Elsinore.

Mike received his Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. In 2009, he completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. He actively supports youth programs in his community, serving as a coach for Little League baseball and other sports. He also serves in leadership and advocacy roles for the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Gorgonio Pass and HomeAid Inland Empire.
