Division President â€“ Las Vegas
After joining Pardee Homes nearly two decades ago, Klif Andrews became Division President in Las Vegas in 2006. During his tenure with the company, Pardee Homes has built more than 15,000 homes in Southern Nevada. With Klif at the helm, Pardee Homes established itself not only as a major environmentally-conscious builder, but a steadfast community advocate.
Prior to joining Pardee Homes, Klif served in financial and management roles with two large residential homebuilding and real estate development companies, both in California. A native of Fresno, Calif., Klif graduated from California State University with a Bachelorâ€™s degree in Finance. While in college, he began his career in the homebuilding industry with a summer job between semesters.
Active in the community, Klif is president of HomeAid Southern Nevada, a non-profit organization that partners with the building industry to construct and renovate shelters for temporarily homeless men, women and children. Additionally, Klif is a member of the Executive Committee of the Clark County Public Education Foundation, which supports schools in Pardee-planned communities, and the North Las Vegas Rotary, which named him Citizen of the Year in 2006.
Division President â€“ San Diego
Pardee Homes San Diego Division President Beth Fischer joined the company in 1998. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Community Development, where she focused on entitling and developing Pardee Homesâ€™ master-planned community of Pacific Highlands Ranch in San Diego. Pacific Highlands Ranch was the companyâ€™s first green-built community and paved the way for the companyâ€™s pioneering environmental efforts in Southern California.
Beth brings a wealth of real estate and development experience to Pardee Homes. Before joining Pardee, she was vice present and area manager for Wells Fargo Bankâ€™s Real Estate Capital Markets Group. In that position, she headed the bankâ€™s Los Angeles office for bank-owned real estate.
A graduate of Xavier University, Beth received a Bachelorâ€™s degree in Economics and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She also earned a Masterâ€™s of Business Administration degree with a concentration in real estate and urban land economics from the prestigious Anderson School of Management at UCLA. She is actively engaged in civic and community endeavors and currently served as a member of the board of directors for the Building Industry Association of San Diego, Girl Scouts San Diego-Imperial Council, the Alliance for Habitat Conservation and the Los PeĂ±asquitos Lagoon Foundation.
Division President - Inland Empire
Mike Taylor currently serves as Division President for Pardee Homesâ€™ Inland Empire Division. He has served in this role since 2002 and joined the company in 1998. Mikeâ€™s career in the real estate industry has spanned more than two decades and included building and selling a wide range of properties from commercial/retail to single and multi-family residential developments.
PAs a member of the Pardee Homes leadership team, he has marked many notable milestones. These include leading Pardeeâ€™s re-entry into the Orange County market as a merchant builder, overseeing seven master-planned communities in Riverside and San Bernardino and spearheading planning and development teams for three award-winning, master-planned communities in Beaumont and Lake Elsinore.
Mike received his Bachelorâ€™s degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. In 2009, he completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. He actively supports youth programs in his community, serving as a coach for Little League baseball and other sports. He also serves in leadership and advocacy roles for the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Gorgonio Pass and HomeAid Inland Empire.
