Michael V. McGee
President and CEO

Heading Pardee Homes since 2000, Michael V. McGee leads the largest wholly owned subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company (WRECO), a subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Company. McGee has been with Pardee Homes since 1988, and his professional background includes comprehensive experience in residential development, entitlement and strategic planning. He has served Pardee Homes and WRECO in California, North Carolina and Washington.

In 2003 Pardee was recognized by Builder Magazine as America's Best Builder and McGee was named Homebuilder of The Year by Builder and Developer Magazine. In May of 2007, he was inducted into the California Building Industry's Hall of Fame, becoming the sixth leader of Pardee Homes to achieve this distinction.

McGee received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, a Juris Doctor in Law from Southwestern University, a designation in Light Construction and Development Management from the University of California, Irvine and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He serves on the Board of Directors of HomeAid and PS Business Parks (NYSE: PSB).

Jon Lash
Executive Vice President and COO

As Executive Vice President and COO for Pardee Homes, Jon Lash oversees the daily operations of the Pardee Homes organization throughout California and Nevada and leads a team of senior managers who bring across-the-board experience. Additionally, Lash is responsible for the company's acquisition and disposition of land assets. In recent years, he has crafted most of Pardee Homes' land deals.

Lash joined Pardee Homes in 1987 and has progressively held more challenging positions over his tenure, which began in the company's commercial/industrial department. In addition to his in-depth knowledge of the company, Lash brings a tactical and financial methodology to the leadership team and continues to place special focus on land acquisition and disposition, as well as community development and homebuilding operations.

Lash is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, with emphasis on real estate development and property management.
