Winning nominations were based on anonymous employee surveys that covered compensation and benefits; professional development, education and training; recruitment and retention; job satisfaction, workplace culture and environment; social and corporate responsibility; customer service; and management’s leadership ability. Only companies with 11 or more respondents representing at least 20 percent of the workforce were considered.
