For Melanie and Brandon McIlroy, homeowners at Pardee Homes’ Rockwood, the major selling point of the neighborhood is four-and-a-half acre Prescott Park at the center of the community.

“With two little girls, we are at the park every day,” said Melanie. “We love that we are able to walk to the park from our home, and that it provides plenty of space for the girls to run around and play.”

“I am a sales representative for Schlage Locks. My contact at Pardee knew that we were moving to the Valley and looking for a home,” said Brandon. “She pointed us to Rockwood, and we moved into our home earlier this year.”
