A strong Inland Empire housing market contributed to the outstanding 2005 sales rate for Pardee Homes Inland Empire regional division, according to Peter Altuchow, director of sales for Pardee Homes. The company finished the year with nine active new home neighborhoods, two recently sold-out neighborhoods and three grand openings slated for the first half of 2006 in the Inland Empire region.
A total of 659 new homes were sold by Pardee Homes in the Inland Empire in 2005, with an average of 12.7 homes per week, topping last year’s record breaking sales. In addition, the company received numerous industry awards for design and landscaping, including a 2005 MAME Award for Best Single-Family Detached home for Oakmont Plan 1 and Pinehurst Plan 2, both located at Tournament Hills in Beaumont.
“Buyers from throughout Southern California have contributed to the overwhelming success of our Inland Empire division,” said Altuchow. “Many have found their dream home plus more, with choices that range from affordable, first homes to energy-efficient, state-of-the-art executive-sized homes in master-planned communities that offer outstanding amenities, locations and schools. It is not surprising that the Inland Empire has become such a success story for Pardee Homes.”
Pardee Homes continues to impress buyers with homes at award-winning Canyon Hills in Lake Elsinore where Edgewater welcomes first-time buyers with homes priced from the mid-$300,000s and new first- and second-time move-up homes at Cross Creek and Briarcliff. Cross Creek features one- and two-story homes with up to approximately 2,639 square feet and Briarcliff has four floor plans ranging from approximately 2,485 to 3,305 square feet.
The thriving Sundance master planned community located in Beaumont attracts many entry level buyers with homes at Solaris, where new single-family detached homes are priced from the high $200,000s. Also available at Sundance are three floor plans at Carina, with square footage ranging from approximately 1,655 to 2,650 square feet, and spacious Capella, with approximately 2,331 to 3,375 square feet and three and four bay garages.
Sales continue to soar at Pardee’s Tournament Hills master planned community, also located in Beaumont, where Oakmont, Pinehurst and Tanglewood have welcomed more than 194 buyers this past year alone. This gated, golf course community offers homebuyers a variety of floor plans, square footage ranging from approximately 1,633 to 3,864 square feet, and prices starting in the mid-$300,000s. Many homes also feature golf course and/or lake view home sites.
“We look forward to another banner year in the Inland Empire with the opening of Bridgegate at Canyon Hills in March and Muirfield and Prestwick at Tournament Hills, both expected to open in May,” said Altuchow. “Bridgegate will be the first neighborhood of gated homes in the award-winning Canyon Hills master planned community. Muirfield and Prestwick at Tournament Hills will become part of this highly successful gated, golf course community which boasts a 36-hole PGA West of Southern California golf club and a lake. The end of 2006 will bring the opening of two additional new neighborhoods by Pardee to Sundance and one new neighborhood to Tournament Hills.”
Pardee Homes will also debut its newest master planned community, Quintana, located in the Coachella Valley, in late 2006.
