Cherry Hill An Award Winner for Pardee Homes

Cherry Hill at Moorpark Highlands has earned a Silver Award for architectural design in The Nationals competition. Plan Three of Cherry Hill took the honor for a detached home priced from $650,000 to $1 million. Sponsored by the Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders, The Nationals recognizes superior achievements in new home design and marketing. “The Nationals judges compare new homes markets across the U.S. and a design honor in this competitive arena is gratifying,” said Bob Clauser, senior vice president of marketing for Pardee Homes.

Cherry Hill homes are priced from the $700,000s, and plans range from approximately 2,607 to 3,479 square feet. Downstairs master suites, lofts, workshops and guest rooms or dens are among room options, depending on plan selected. Each home also provides a two or three-bay tandem garage.

Plan Three is a two-story home with approximately 3,165 square feet of living space, including 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. The great room features a gourmet kitchen, a family room with fireplace and media wall and a nook that opens to the rear yard. An optional loft expands the home to approximately 3,479 square feet, and complements the ultra-luxurious master suite. Suite design highlights Bedroom 2; Bedrooms 3 and 4 enjoy direct access to a shared bath. On the first floor are Bedroom 5 and an adjacent full bath.

Location in Moorpark Highlands brings an elevated retreat setting to Cherry Hill residents, with community amenities and open space, plus convenience to schools, shopping and freeway access. Moorpark Highlands encompasses some 400 acres and will feature a park and multi-purpose trails. Gated entries highlight Cherry Hill, Magnolia Lane and Shenandoah, and a community recreation center for these neighborhoods features a swimming pool, spa pool, barbecue with seating, a lawn area and other amenities.

Shenandoah is priced from the high $700,000s, with plans of approximately 3,112 to 3,916 square feet, 4 to 5 bedrooms and 2.5 to 4.5 baths. Magnolia Lane is priced from the low $700,000s for homes of approximately 2,115 to 3,364 square feet of living space.

Also at Moorpark Highlands is Waverly Place, stylish townhomes with approximately 1,136 to 1,819 square feet of living space, with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2 to 3 baths. Each home provides an attached garage and features a private deck or yard. Waverly Place will feature its own park and recreation center.

Residents of Moorpark Highlands will be served by the Moorpark Unified School District, and will be close to the 118 and 23 Freeways and to the new Moorpark Marketplace. Residents of Cherry Hill, Magnolia Lane and Shenandoah automatically become part of the Moorpark Highlands Homeowners Association, which maintains common areas and community amenities, and of the Moorpark Estates Community Association.
