LivingSmart Homes at Fair Oaks Ranch recently met the new Gold level criteria of the National Green Building Standard, and is the first neighborhood in California to earn the National Green Building Standard Gold Certification. (The NGBS was developed by the National Association of Home Builders Research Center and is intended to be a nationwide green building standard for residential construction.) 
Every home in our new LivingSmart® Homes in Santa Clarita’s Fair Oaks Ranch®, is being built to Gold-level criteria of the NGBS, inspected at least twice by an accredited green verifier, and Green Certified by the Research Center.
I took my young son to your LivingSmart room a few weeks ago. It’s a great idea! He really enjoyed learning about the Smart features of your homes. His favorite was getting to see what’s “above the ceiling” and trying your special low-heat glass.
