Peek Inside The Millennial Dream Home

Peek Inside The Millennial Dream Home | Pardee Homes Responsive HomeEver wonder what a millennial dream home would look like? So did we. After surveying hundreds of 25-34 year olds on what they want in home, Pardee Homes, a member of TRI Pointe Group, teamed up with Hanley Wood’s BUILDER magazine and Bobby Berk to design two concept homes for the millennial homebuyer – a Contemporary Farmhouse and a Contemporary Transitional. Bold design finishes, modern features and abundant outdoor living spaces make these homes perfect for young buyers; but you don’t have to be under the age of 35 to appreciate these stunning spaces. Now open for a limited time to the public, we had to provide a sneak peek into a few of our favorite rooms.
