We are thrilled—and humbled—to be voted the Best New Home Builder for 2011 by readers of the LA Daily News for the second year in a row.
Homebuilding industry awards are wonderful, and we work hard for those achievements.
But there’s something special about a pat on the back from people like you, who grew up in, or today live in one of our homes, or who may one day raise a family in a Pardee community.
For 90 years, Pardee Homes has built homes and communities in the Los Angeles area. Among other things, we’ve had the pleasure of being recognized for quality, safety, design and a commitment to energy efficient green building and customer satisfaction. We look forward to another 90 years serving the people of Los Angeles.
