Health Care

We offer medical, dental and vision coverage to team members. Your spouse or domestic partner and children are also eligible for coverage.

401(k) Plan

The 401(k) plan provides you with a convenient, tax-sheltered way to save for retirement. Effective January 1, 2016, new hires are automatically enrolled and begin contributing on the first of the month following their date of hire.

Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts

We offer health and dependent care savings and spending accounts that let you set aside portions of your earnings pre-tax to pay for eligible medical, dental, vision and dependent care expenses.

Life/AD&D Insurance

The company automatically provides life/AD&D insurance equal to one times your annual base pay at no cost to you. Voluntary Spouse and Child Life insurance is also offered at a fee.

Disability Insurance and Salary Continuation

The company provides short-term disability insurance for non-California team members, since they do not have access to a state disability program. The company also provides base long-term disability insurance for all team members, to act as added insurance in the event of an extended disability period. In addition, all team members are eligible to receive salary continuation for their own certifiable disability.

Employee Assistance Program

Free, confidential counseling is offered to help you and your family members deal with challenges such as relationship issues at home or work, financial stresses, substance abuse, legal issues as well as childcare and eldercare issues.
