We offer a High Deductible PPO Plan. Domestic partner coverage is available is eligibility criteria are met.

Dental Care
We offer full coverage for preventive care and a percentage is determined by service received.

401(k) Plan
The 401k plan provides you with a convenient, tax-sheltered way to save for retirement. With no waiting period, effective July 1, 2010, the company matches $.50 on each dollar you contribute up to 6% of your eligible pay. The company match is in the form of company stock.

Flexible Spending Accounts
We offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts that let you set aside a portion of your earnings pre-tax to pay for eligible medical, dental, vision care and dependent care expenses.

Performance Share Contribution
WRECO shares a portion of its profits with you in the form of stock each year if it meets its annual performance goals, as approved by the board of directors.

Pension Plan
As an employee, your enrollment in the plan is automatic starting on your first day of work at no cost to you. You will be fully vested after accruing 5 years of service.

Life Insurance
The company automatically provides life insurance equal to one times your annual base pay at no cost to you. Voluntary Spouse and Child Life insurance is also offered at a nominal fee.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
The company automatically provides, at no cost to you, a percentage of your weekly base pay for up to 8 weeks if you become ill or injured. To protect yourself in the event of an extended illness or disability, you may purchase long-term disability coverage to provide an ongoing income equal to a percentage of your monthly base pay while you are unable to work.

Free, confidential counseling is offered to help you and your family members or roommates deal with challenges such as relationship issues at home or work, financial stresses, substance abuse, and childcare and elder-care issues.
