In 1999, Pardee Homes celebrated the grand opening of Fair Oaks Community School. Students in grades K-6 may attend this new school in the Sulphur Springs Union School District in Fair Oaks Ranch. Older students may attend La Mesa Jr. High and Golden Valley School of the William S. Hart Unified School District, which offers Honors and Advanced Placement courses along with new computers and a center for developing technology-enhanced curriculum.
