As a Pardee Homeowner, you may log onto our automated customer service program to request service on your Pardee Home. If you do not have login information, please call the Customer Service Information line at (866) 590-3821, to be directed to the appropriate representative who will help set up your account. You may speak to a representative during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday), and may leave a message after hours and on weekends. Messages will be responded to no later than the following business day.
