Individuals who are California residents and who have established a business relationship with Pardee Homes have a legal right to obtain (1) the names and addresses of all third parties unaffiliated with Pardee Homes that received personal information from Pardee Homes for the third parties’ direct marking purposes during the preceding calendar year and (2) a list of the categories of information so disclosed. Such individuals may obtain the foregoing information by sending a request by email to Pardee Homes at privacy@pardeehomes.com. Such information is not specific to any individuals and will be provided in a standard format.

It is Pardee Homes’ policy (a) not to share any customer’s Marketing Information for direct marketing purposes unless and until the customer and Pardee Homes enter into either a contract for the customer’s purchase of a residence or a purchase reservation as described in the regulations of the California Department of Real Estate and (b) not to otherwise share the Marketing Information of any customer who provides personal information on any Pardee Homes’ “interest list” but does not enter into such a purchase contract or reservation.
