Sunrise Highlands is served by the Clark County School District. Elementary and middle school students living at Sunrise Highlands are zoned to attend either Hal Smith or Mervin Iverson Elementary School and Kathleen and Tim Harney Middle School, respectively. These schools offer after school programs and stellar education. Older students will attend Las Vegas High School. Historically, the first high school in the city, Las Vegas High is completely refurbished and home to the state football champions.
