Families Move Into New Pacific Highlands Ranch Neighborhoods

Terraza Plan 3 | San Diego | Pardee Homes

We are excited to welcome the first families to our expanded Pacific Highlands Ranch community. What began in the 2000s as our ambitious commitment to restore the region’s native habitats is now one of the area’s most coveted new home communities.

Earlier this year, we added five new residential neighborhoods to Pacific Highlands Ranch so more families can enjoy the resort-style amenities and unparalleled lifestyle in the Carmel Valley. The new neighborhoods are Vista Santa Fe, Sendero, Terraza, Carmel and Vista Del Mar, and feature design-forward architecture and open floor plans.

This highly anticipated expansion brings homeowners an outdoor living experience like no other with its 1,300 acres of natural habitat and trails, all within a short drive of San Diego’s largest employers.

“It’s great to see so many families moving in and enjoying Pacific Highlands Ranch,” said Jimmy Ayala, Pardee Homes San Diego Division President. “The community was designed with comfort and convenience in mind, and we’re happy it’s being so well received.”

Homeowners are enjoying the proximity to The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch, a one-stop destination for entertainment, events, dining and more. The 160,000-square-foot shopping village includes new restaurants, boutiques, a Trader Joe’s and 5 acres of outdoor space.

Additionally, Pacific Highlands Ranch now features a large public community park with the city’s first ever parkour area and bike pump track. The 13-acre park includes a 5-acre turf field to accommodate a variety of sports and activities, a recreation center, small and large dog parks, as well as a traditional children’s playground and discovery play area.

“From purchasing our home, to moving in, Pardee has been very helpful,” said Terraza residents, Chris and Kimberly Natividad. “The quality of work, access to shopping centers and proximity to good schools made choosing Pacific Highlands Ranch very easy for us.”

Homes at Vista Santa Fe, Sendero, Terraza, Carmel and Vista Del Mar offer four to seven bedrooms, and range from approximately 2,946 to 4,922 square feet. Depending on the neighborhood, potential homebuyers can choose from a variety of customizable add-ons, such as covered patio areas, additional bedrooms, beverage bars and much more. Home prices begin in the $1.3 millions.
