After joining Pardee Homes nearly two decades ago, Klif Andrews became Division President in Las Vegas in 2006. During his tenure with the company, Pardee Homes has built more than 15,000 homes in Southern Nevada. With Klif at the helm, Pardee Homes established itself not only as a major environmentally-conscious builder, but a steadfast community advocate.
Prior to joining Pardee Homes, Klif served in financial and management roles with two large residential homebuilding and real estate development companies, both in California. A native of Fresno, Calif., Klif graduated from California State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. While in college, he began his career in the homebuilding industry with a summer job between semesters.
Active in the community, Klif is president of HomeAid Southern Nevada, a non-profit organization that partners with the building industry to construct and renovate shelters for temporarily homeless men, women and children. Additionally, Klif is a member of the Executive Committee of the Clark County Public Education Foundation, which supports schools in Pardee-planned communities, and the North Las Vegas Rotary, which named him Citizen of the Year in 2006.
