Aliento Rocked The Block

The first season of HGTV’s new hit show, “Rock The Block,” came to an exciting end this week! The four celebrity designers completed the final challenge to see who could add the most value to identical homes at the Arista neighborhood in Pardee Homes’ Aliento community in Santa Clarita.

Over the last four weeks, we watched as celebrity designers Alison Victoria, Jasmine Roth, Mina Starsiak Hawk and Leanne Ford completely reimagined their homes, focusing on a different area of the home each week. From upgraded kitchen cabinetry and luxury master baths to extended glass doors and outdoor fireplaces, each designer gave their home a stunning, design-forward look with their own personal style.

While all four designers did an incredible job with their homes, there could only be one winner. In the end, the winner of Season 1 of “Rock The Block” was … Jasmine Roth! She transformed her “Rock The Block” home to reflect her unique personal style of California casual. Keeping California families in mind, Jasmine created a home that is both stylish and functional. Using unique touches like glass cabinetry and vintage pieces from the Rose Bowl Flea Market, combined with value-adding elements such as a swimming pool, extra bedroom and powder room, Jasmine took her home from beautiful to breathtaking.

Pardee Homes is honored to have been a part of this fun new show, and we love how all four of the homes turned out.
