Sundance, Beacon Plan 1 | Inland Empire | Pardee Homes

We’re celebrating at Beacon! Pardee Homes is proud to share that Beacon Plan 1 at Sundance was recently named Home of the Year at the 2019 Gold Nugget Awards. This stunning plan was also the recipient of a second Grand Award for Best Single Family Detached Home in the 3,000 to 3,499 square feet category.

The Gold Nugget Awards are held in San Francisco in conjunction with the Pacific Coast Builders Conference. Known as the “Academy Awards” of the building industry, they honor design and planning excellence for residential and commercial real estate projects from 14 western states, as well as international projects. This year, a jury of the nation’s leading architects, designers and developers selected the grand and merit winners from more than 600 entries from around the world.

“It is truly an honor to be recognized by our industry peers with two Gold Nugget Grand Awards for Beacon,” said Mike Taylor, division president for Pardee Homes.

As the master-planned community of Sundance’s largest and most luxurious new home neighborhood, Beacon is the place where spacious meets stylish. With grand entryways, single- and two-story floor plans, 3 to 7 bedrooms, 3 to 4 baths and 3,029 to 4,156 square feet (approximately), impressive becomes attainable at Beacon.
