Dream Home Wishlist
Looking for your dream home? It’s time to make a wish (list)! We started a list of things for you to think about. You might want to start with the features that are most important to you, and add to your own wish list from there.
Your Community: What kind of community is best suited for you? Is it important for you to live in a master-planned community? Do you want it to be gated? Is proximity to work necessary?
What kind of amenities do you want to have available? Recreation center, community pool, walking/biking paths? Thinking about these questions ahead of time will go a long way in identifying the right community for the way you want to live.
Minimums: Secondly, you’ll want to nail down the minimum number of bedrooms, bathrooms and garage bays that will work for you in your future home.
Homesite: Do you want your home to be located on a cul-de-sac? Or, maybe you want a corner homesite or a location that offers scenic surroundings? Large yard or a low-maintenance yard? Narrowing down what’s important for you about the homesite will make it easier for you to navigate the homebuying process.
Gourmet Kitchen: For many families, kitchen features are a deciding factor in choosing the right home. Do you need an island? Dual oven? Walk-in pantry? While every new Pardee home offers stainless steel appliances and granite countertops as standard, many homes include additional features, sure to bring out the gourmet chef in anyone.
Lifestyle Spaces: These are specialty rooms not offered in every floorplan. Would you like a great room, home office, library or home theatre? If you had a GenSmart Suite® that offers a private suite within your home, would that make life easier for you? You might want to think about your lifestyle and your hobbies if they will require their own dedicated spaces in your new home.
LivingSmart®: Luckily, you don’t have to worry too much about your home’s green features, as every Pardee home is built through our LivingSmart® program, providing you with environmentally-friendly features that help to reduce energy costs
